BIO

Mark has worked professionally in the art glass field since 1976. Trained in ecclesiastical stained glass using German tradition of deign and construction. Following the studio movement he opened his own business Hallmark Glass along with his partner, Leslie Munchhof in 1987, purchasing the old blacksmith's shop in Kasota, MN.

ARTIST STATEMENT

Now retired from all things stained glass focusing on creating sculptures made from forged metal combined with blown/fused glass inserts primarily made for annual city sculpture walks held throughout the Midwest.
