In consideration of my participation in the Art Stroll event, I agree to follow the following terms and conditions: STUDIO ARTISTS refers to artists who will have the public visit their studio or business owned by the artist during the event. HOSTED ARTISTS refers to artists who will have their artwork up in a local business during the event.

ALL ARTISTS:

* Shall be set up before 10 AM on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

* Shall be responsible for collecting and paying any applicable MN sales tax.

* Shall be professional and courteous to all shoppers and business hosts.

* Shall be present in their studio or on site at the business hosting them. Artists shall make arrangements to have help for a lunch break or other short breaks as needed, or may request a volunteer to watch their space for a 30 minute break.

* Shall begin the process of tearing down ONLY after the event ends at 4:00 pm on Sunday, September 27, 2026

Artists will need to visit with their insurance providers to verify and purchase additional coverage if necessary. The Studio Artist hereby agrees to Indemnify, defend and hold the Saint Peter Art Stroll harmless for liability caused by an accident or injury to a patron while attending the Saint Peter Art Stroll event, without limitation or exception.

If we are not familiar with your studio space, we may will request a visit before approving.

You may request to share your space with another artist, which will be decided by the organizers. Under NO circumstances are you allowed to invite or host an artist on your own.

HOSTED ARTISTS:

* Shall make arrangements with business host or other contact for set up and tear down. You will be provided with contact information once matches have been made. It is important to be punctual once you have a time for set up and tear down. Signing this agreement does not guarantee a match will be made (as this will be dependent on the number of artists vs. business spaces available).

* Shall confirm, and does hereby warrant, that they have adequate insurance to cover their artwork and for any possible property damage that might occur to the business property caused by the artist, such as, but not limited to, damage occurring while setting up or tearing down. Artists will need to visit with their insurance providers to verify and purchase additional coverage if necessary.

The Art Sstroll is resonsible to make arrangements to match artists with hosts. This is a process of considering all artists, their media, and the type of spaces available. Artists SHALL NOT make arrangements with hosts independent of the organizers.

ALL ARTISTS:

*Agree, without limitation, condition or restriction, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Saint Peter Art Stroll organization, and its members, from any liability, fault, damage, loss, or theft of artwork or other property, or for any injury that occurs during the event either to themselves or to patrons of the Art Stroll.
