BIO
Emily Stark is a professor, photographer, and dancer from St. Peter, MN. She primarily photographs both rural and urban landscapes, always looking for the odd and peculiar. Emily doesn't have formal training in photography, but enjoys learning as she goes, exploring and playing with her camera, editing software, and compositional strategies to just see what happens.
ARTIST STATEMENT
My current show at the Arts Center of St. Peter features photographs that contrast natural and urban textures, showcasing a range of my work. I am also exploring some larger-scale printing, to bring out smaller details. Thank you for visiting this show during the Art Stroll!
