Originally from Western New York, Larissa is currently Senior Continuing Assistant Professor of Costume Design and Technology at Gustavus Adolphus College. She creates jewelry, fiber art, and other mixed media art that augments and yet is tangential to her daily work. She resides in Saint Peter, MN with her husband and three quirky cats.
My thoughts, dreams, and inspirations – they are the beginnings of ideas that develop and grow. It is a process to develop these ideas, but it is simultaneously relaxing and liberating. Those thoughts, dreams, and inspirations manifest into tangible objects, and they contain my essence. They are an extension of who I am.
