Amanda Anez is a Mankato-based graphic designer, printmaker, and photographer. She developed an affinity for photography at a young age, eventually earning a degree in Multimedia Technology. Leveraging these skills professionally, she’s worked in creative roles across industries, including Halloween costumes, bikes, and education.

ARTIST STATEMENT

Growing up rurally instilled in me a zest for nature through canoe trips, gardening, and enduring solitude. My work strikes a balance between digital and analog. Exploring film photography, relief printmaking, and textiles brings a tangible sense to my art-making process. I hope to inspire folks to pause and notice nature’s splendors, both colossal and tiny.
