My name is Angela Korte, I'm a self taught jewelry and fiber artist with experience and formal education in many different mediums, ranging from graphic design to painting to ceramics. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from MSU Mankato in 2006 and went on to start my own fiber arts business shortly after.
ARTIST STATEMENT
I've been creative all of my life and started making jewelry at age 10 and have been crocheting for over 15 years. I take inspiration from all aspects of my life; my children, my experiences along the way, nature; making wearable colorful art to be enjoyed by all ages. My crochet work is freehand or made with my own patterns.
