BIO
I'm a ceramic artist using fiber, drawing, and print making techniques to influence functional pottery for every day use. I have 25 years experience in ceramics, and have called St. Peter home for the last 20 years. I am especially motivated to support local artists in their own pursuits.
ARTIST STATEMENT
My work currently explores visual illusions, scenes of home, and self-portraits based on reliquaries from my native ancestry. I utilize techniques in screen printing, mono printing, stenciling, and mishima, and often layer several techniques on a single piece.
