Ashley Siehler is a neurodivergent artist working semi-professionally since 2018, frequently sharing her work at maker markets in the area. Her work has shown in the Libertytown Arts Workshop (Fredericksburg, VA), the Arts Center of Saint Peter, and the Carnegie Art Center of Mankato. She currently lives in the ecosystem of Kasota, MN, with her family.
My work focuses on where the fantastical and the ordinary meet, illustrating magical scenes that could happen downtown or in the backyard. I also find comfort in the loose and easy work of folk painting, embellishing surfaces as small as chicken eggs with swirling florals and critters.
