Holly Dodge
BIO
Holly Dodge is a poet and visual artist. She minored in studio art at Minnesota State University, Mankato and works in a variety of mediums, most recently collage. She resides in Mankato with her two children and a menagerie of pets.
ARTIST STATEMENT
I love the challenge of collaging with a variety of books that interest me. The collage artifacts create new meaning when combined, yet still maintain their original symbolism. Like poetry, when placed correctly, elements can sing.
