Jon recently worked for 2 years with Craig Blacklock on his 19th book "St. Croix & Namekagon Rivers" & 50 images are done using Jon's drone & Craig's eye to capture stunning aerials of the St. Croix & Namekagon Rivers. Some of the images & video from this project have also been used by John Kaul on PBS.

ARTIST STATEMENT

I use my camera & lens to capture wildlife & nature at it’s best. Freedom & beauty is very important to me. Through my images, I hope to share the excitement of the moment and my love & perspective of the natural world around us. Eagles are one of the most graceful & exciting examples of freedom & beauty in nature. Eagles are very special in my heart.
